If you don’t believe it’s the most comfortable organic oversized tee you’ve ever worn, email us at support@shredcartel.com.au with the below information in step 4 & 5 within 14 days of receiving your order.
STEP 4
In your email, provide your order number, full name, and the email address used to place the order.
STEP 5
Tell us which organic oversized tee you found more comfortable, the brand, and what specifically made it more comfortable than your Shred Cartel tee.
STEP 6
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll refund the purchase price of your tee in full. Subject to the below Terms & Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Valid for first-time purchases of Shred Cartel Organic Oversized Tees purchased after the 22 nd of June 2026.
- Claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All Comfort Guarantee claims must be submitted via email to support@shredcartel.com.au.
- Purchases must be made directly through the Shred Cartel website.
- Limited to one (1) Comfort Guarantee claim per Customer.
- The guarantee applies to one (1) Organic Oversized Tee only.
- Customers must provide their order number, full name and email address used to place the order.
- To qualify for a refund, customers must provide genuine feedback explaining why the tee did not meet their expectations.
- Customers must also identify the organic oversized tee they found more comfortable, including the brand name, and explain the specific reasons it was preferred.
- Feedback may include factors such as comfort, softness, fit, breathability, stretch, fabric feel, weight or overall wearability.
- This feedback forms a mandatory part of the Comfort Guarantee claim process.
- Claims submitted without the required feedback may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund applies to the purchase price MSPRP of the product only.
- Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Any shipping protection, shipping insurance or optional checkout add-ons are non-refundable.
- Tee must not be intentionally damaged, altered, misused or purchased for resale purposes.
- Shred Cartel reserves the right to decline fraudulent, abusive or repeated claims.
- Shred Cartel reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Comfort Guarantee at any time without notice.
- Claims submitted before any changes will be assessed under the terms in place at the time of purchase.
- By submitting a claim, customers agree that feedback provided may be used by Shred Cartel for product research, development and quality improvement purposes.
- This guarantee does not apply to shirts that are uncomfortable due to incorrect sizing, improper washing or excessive wear.
- This does not override or attempt to circumvent any customer's statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
